Peruvian Hand Woven Wool Wall Hanging Tapestry - RARE Vintage hanging
Vintage LARGE Peruvian Hand Woven Wool Wall Hanging Tapestry. Condition is "New" it had never been displayed in our home -- it was one of the few items I kept from a family import business of hand made items by indigenous communities in Peru. The hanging is made of 100% wool, colored with natural dyes. It has leather loops to hang it - it is in pristine condition since the weaving was never hung hence the colors are as original .. I noticed a couple of yellow spots but they are natural dye spots - hardly noticeable to the naked eye but I did indicated them in my photos. The size is 5'4" long / 2'3" wide and the leather loops are just under 3" making the length 5'7" - it will look stunning hung in the right spot as it is so unique and truly stunning. NOTE - the hanging is one of a kind and it was not mass produced. Shipped with USPS Priority Mail.
