I sent the Rug for cleaning. I was told the process is soap scrub rinse 2x. If the stain remains you may try harsh chemicals if you wish. The soap they use is a special neutral powdered soap. It is very gentile on the Wool and dyes. It was reccomended to spot clean past this point. Ill leave it to the end user ultimately.
