This listing is for an Exceptional Exceptional Antique Turkoman Princess Bokhara Oriental Rug / Carpet , a Dowry piece , measuring about 39 1/2 inches by 60 inches overall (55 1/4 inches pile , 57 1/2 inches pile and kilim , and 60 inches overall with fringes ) including fringes. Weight not noted.. Very fine velvet like pile of fine kork wool ( Virgin wool ), in tantalizing colors of green, purple , orange, blue , white , madder red , grey , beige , black, and other colors. Not washed while in my possession but very clean and brilliant. Always wash a rug that has not been in your possession before adding it to your collection. Wool Warp, Weft and Pile. Original green salvages. In excellent antique condition . See images of rulers for kpsi calculation. Early 20th Century, about 100 years old. It will be shipped folded inside out... Awesome piece I will miss this rug. It's so quaint.
