Red and tan animal motif on blue border with a tan frame outline border of barbed slanted leaves and two types of palmettes in blue with red highlights on tan ground. Bidjar (Bijar) rugs are robust and dirt-resistant. The pile is compressed so strongly that it stands vertically upwards and feels luxurious on your feet. The carpets are knotted with a traditional Turkish knot. This way, dirt particles have less chance of getting in the pile. The positive effect: the rug benefits from a long life span.
